Play Pool, (Billiards). beginners to advanced level

We meet every Thursday for some great pool matches.

We will start at 6pm and take 2 tables. More as and when we need them

Cost per person is 50kr per person per hour, so if you stay until 9pm you will pay maximum 150kr, we usually play until 9pm, but when you need to leave you just pay at the reception on your way out from 6pm (the time we start the tables) until the time that you leave, you can pay for pool by credit card.

We like to mix players up, but if you are an absolute beginner or a new starter, we will make sure you can play with others at the same level, but at the same time get tips from others on technique.

For the better players, there are a few good players who regularly come, so it will be good competition for you.

You can come and eat too, if you come straight from work, recommended is the Chicken chiabatta at just 65kr, tasty and very filling. If it's not shown on the menu, ask for it anyway.

Easy access just two minutes walk from Fridhemsplan T-Bana, beer is reasonably priced with a 40cl cold draught beer for 39kr

When paying over the bar, minimum 100kr is using a card, so worthwhile bringing a little cash with you.

NOTE, we are ALMOST always at the tables on the ground floor, near to the snooker tables, every so often there is a corporate booking so we must play on the middle floor, but the bar staff on the ground floor, or the pool reception on the upper floor know me well, so ask for Andy - Try the ground floor first though!

When you arrive, go to the bar on the ground floor and say that you are with the meetup group run by Andy and add yourself to the table listing.

I looked for you, came about 6:30. I left since I couldn't find you. The man in the reception said he hadn't seen you either.

There are 3 levels and we were in the basement. So in the main door, left at reception, down the stairs, then through the door on the left and down the second stairs, table 40, 41............. next time.....

Hi all. The 6 start is not so good for me. Can make it there at 9 tonight but you will probably be all gone home. Have a good evening of pool.

Played a bit, but never got a proper lesson/introduction, so probably I can improve with some basic tips I missed :-)
    And the some rules...

Hej! I am a beginner and am really worried if there will be anyone who could teach me a little bit. At least I want to come and watch others playing :)

Last night we went to Jolo and Co in Odenplan. What a great place. We still had to wait for a table. Thursday has become a very popular night these last few weeks. Was wondering if we should change night to a Tuesday? Any comments?
