Easy going jogging, not fast paced, but more about getting fit than the distance covered.
The popular route along the water, starting at Eriksdalsbadet and ending up by the cafe on the corner of Ringvägen, taking a fika pause (water or energy drink) with a stretch before heading back.
Those with a bit of energy left, can do some of the exercises at the Free outdoor gym.
We will set off at 6.30pm sharp, so if you are late, you will have to catch us up !
The jog in total will take around 40 mins including a 5 minutes pause half way.
I will be in my car so any bags or extra jackets can wait in the trunk until after the run.
If you are wanting to run at a faster pace, then this is not for you, better you try the running club event.
We will be jogging two stretches of 2km at a nice pace of 15 minutes each. With warm up and cool downs.
