All are welcome to this running and fitness group. If your looking to get fit or training for your next big race come and meet up with like minded people. This group is aim is to have fun, getting sweaty and help each other on there way to there goals. We meet up outside markuskyrkan and start with a small warm up jog to where we train. Then using a circuit in the nature reserve we run laps of around 1km at a increasingly faster pace. This means we can all run our desired distances. The pace of the group is dictated by the people in the group. After running there distance it is up to the participant what activity they choose next, from running sprints, using the outdoor gym or stretching. The choose is completely there's or yours if you are up to the challenge.
