Bestival 2013

Spend the Equinox by the Sea! Bestival is a gently facilitated five day retreat at the QUILEUTE OCEANSIDE RESORT in La Push, WA. Our schedule includes a mix of planned gatherings with plenty of time for hiking, games, and crafty fun.

How to Attend

Reservations
-Each guest needs to make their own reservation with the Resort at http://www.quileuteoceanside.com
-Prices range from $20/night for a tent space to $300/night for a 2 bedroom cabin with a full kitchen.
-Mention you are with the Olympia Retreat for a group discount (probably %10 or so)

Example Schedule
9am Potluck Breakfast
10am Activity Circle (hiking, workshops, crafty time)
2pm Game Circle (storygames, board games, larps)
6pm Potluck Dinner
8pm-9pm Bonfire Circle : songs, ghost stories, and games
10pm… Late Night at the Clubhouse (games, ???)

Circles: We will be circling up at various times each day to pitch activity ideas and then break out into groups. Come with activity ideas to share. Possibilities include hiking, games, workshops, or even just sitting by the ocean and writing.

Clubhouse Donations: We’re asking for $10-30 sliding scale per person to cover the $300 clubhouse rental. Extra money will go towards kitchen supplies. The clubhouse has a small kitchen, fridge, and tables and chairs and will be available 24hrs to all attendees for food preparation and activities.

Potluck Meals: Our schedule includes a potluck breakfast and dinner. We will coordinate meals and divide up the cooking and cleaning tasks amongst attendees.

Guests: This is a friend thing. Feel free to bring friends :)
