About Search Engine Optimization: Expanding Your Online Presence

It’s not enough to have a website, you need your website to be found.

What most people think of when they think of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is no longer enough.

The new industry buzzword is Content Marketing.

I prefer to call it Inbound Marketing (because you don’t find your prospects, they find you).

You might think of it as Blogging for Business.

It works and it will get your website and your business noticed.

Have you ever heard of Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr?

He started blogging about Hollywood, celebrities, etc, etc and he now goes by the name of Perez Hilton.

Although his field of expertise is not something I find interesting, millions do and he has parlayed what started as a blog into a lucrative career doing whatever it is that he actually does.

Anyone can do this.

Would you like to learn how?

This is an eight part series of presentations that give an overview of what it takes to get your website noticed.

The sessions are:

Apr 25: Distinguishing yourself as a thought leader on the Internet

May 2: Important SEO considerations that will get your blog/web site noticed

May 9: Headline ideas that will get you more readers/comments for your web site

May 16: Advertising options that I used to get $500 in one day on my blog

May 23: 5 ways to monetize your blog/web site

May 30: How I write 15 posts in 3 hours and schedule them to go out over the course of a day

Jun 6: 5 Steps to get 1 million unique and relevant visitors to your web site
