Bluebeard (Chapter 2)

  • April 13, 2014 · 5:00 PM
  • Magic Door Studios

We're going to delve into the story of Bluebeard, and what happens when you allow your instinct to be gagged and bound by subscribing to illusion. It's going to be great!

*Please remember to bring a chair or cushion and, if possible, something for the communal snackage. We'll start very close to 5 with a centering exercise and you don't want to miss that, so do be on time. If you're late, just wait outside until the centering exercise is completed.

The questions from last week's meeting are in the discussions section, friends! Please take a moment to post some of your impressions from the conversation if you made it, and feel free to start a discussion if you didn't make it. We also posted a new book suggestion offered by Stella.

Sorry about not attending I was so ready for it... thought we would catch a break at the birth center but another of our clients just delivered her baby girl in the water... and can not go :( please enjoy perhaps you can post the questions that you will be discussing and I can have my own private discussion and/ or share them with Tina. Thank you

We missed you, Anna! I'm posting the questions now and have asked everyone there to contribute what they took from the meeting.

Thank you... I was hoping to be part of the discussion... I am often haunted by the malevolent psyche... it keeps me from accomplishing things I really want to get done...Almost paralyzing at times. Have to keep working to rise above it. :)

I feel we really explored all of the aspects of what a predator is and the surprising number of places it can come from. I feel better armed to recognize him in whatever guise he pops up in next time I meet him. What a wise group of women and man. :)

I did not share my story of a predator. My protagonist was a woman...

This is one of my favorite fables, however, I'm feeling very under the weather and can't make it today. See you next month. Enjoy your time together.

I may be a little late and tattered. I am camping out and hiking most of the weekend.

Title of book and author, so I can catch up?

Hi Angela and welcome to the group. We're taking each section of the book separately - so there's really no catching up to do. The discussion points for each meeting are based on that particular reading. Looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting. Cheri Randolph

I had a great time meeting each of you. The book is a great conversation starter as we all seek to release our inner wolf.

Today's sharing brings home the words of Shakespeare, "To thine own self be true." So true. Enjoyed this group's sharing very much.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
