Welcome, Wake Forest Moms (women) of all ages!!

We provide fitness and fun for moms and women of all ages! With 7 CLASSES A WEEK - night and weekend classes too! - you can come to class when it is convenient for YOU and still get in several workouts each week to optimize your personal results. StrollerFit-Exercise with your Baby classes as well as restore the core (lose the low belly pooch!) and mommymuscle classes are available. That means 7 classes a week, 4 different class formats, all tailored to ONE body - YOURS!
Have fun with your little one(s) while you get back into shape or stay in shape, as we sing and rhyme, integrating our children into our classes and making it educational and fun for all ages. We support each other and have numerous StrollerFriends activities outside of class to involve the entire family! It's a fitness class, mom and child class, support group, and playgroup all wrapped into one!
