StrollerFriends is a FREE group where we will have park days, lunches, mom's night out, playdates and more fun activities!! StrollerFriends is open to ALL moms who want to meet other local moms and have fun with their kids! If you're looking to make some new friends we'd love to meet you!
StrollerFit® is the leading mom and baby stroller workout program in the nation. Classes consist of a circuit-training workout that alternates 5-7 mins of cardio moves and strength segments using straps, bands, and the gravity of your stroller to work those mommymuscles®. You will burn fat, tone muscles, build cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, and most of all have fun with your baby/toddler! The energy and movement of our fitness class keeps the children entertained and happy while parents enjoy a great workout. We know first hand the struggles moms face with their energy level, self-esteem, and the physiological changes their bodies encounter with pregnancy and motherhood. Thats why we firmly believe from our own experience that StrollerFit is the perfect pre and postnatal stroller fitness class! Classes are taught by nationally certified instructors with additional certifications in prenatal&postpartum exercise design and are moms themselves.
