StrollerFit and Baby Signs are teaming up to offer a FREE Sign and Stroll class to the moms and babies in the West Houston area. This fun, interactive event will combine the mommy muscle method of a StrollerFit Exercise with your baby class and the hands-on learning approach of the Baby Signs program.

Strollerage children from 6 weeks up to 4 years will enjoy the music, signing, learning and parachute play ! Moms will learn about the StrollerFit and Baby Signs programs in a supportive environment!

StrollerFit's certified fitness instructor, April Kim will provide information after class about mommy muscle fitness. Baby Signs certified instructor, Leslie Moore will educate parents about the benefits of signing with their children.
