Strollerfit is a great way for you to get your body back, meet new friends and be the best mom you can be! This 50 minute workout combines cardio, strength, core and flexibility training for you and singing, games, counting, ABC's and interaction for your little one. Strollerfit helps build strong, confident kids by building strong confident MOMS!!
Restore the Core is a mat based core strengthening program that focuses on the postural changes and muscular imbalances that pregnancy and childbirth bring. The class retrains the 4 muscles of the abdominal wall from the inside out! This class is appropriate for moms and moms to be whether you had a baby 3 months ago or 30 years ago!!
Your FIRST class is always FREE!
StrollerFriends® is a social playgroup program for moms and their stroller aged children. It consists of a child’s playgroup and mom’s group.

At StrollerFriends®, you and your baby are always welcome regardless of StrollerFit® participation. Come as much or as little as you want. Either way we'll make sure you Get Connected...

Hi moms -
I would like to host a playdate and cookie exchange at my house for Christmas.
All you need to do is either bake or buy your favorite cookie.
Bring an extra empty container for the cookies you collect.
Come and enjoy some mommy chat and let the little ones play.
If you have a friend that would like to come, the more the merrier!! They do not have to be a part of Strollerfit. Read more
