Hi I'm Robert and I am a Bakeoholic! I have been able to feed this obsession while working as a Baking & Pastry Instructor for The Art Institutes. Twelve years ago I validate my life of baking by earning my CMB. Love to talk baking anytime/anywhere!
German Butter Cake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Cottage Dill Rolls, A Bacon, Green Apple & Pumpkin Seed Sourdough Bread and Hand-streched Strudel of any type.
I'm open to anything someone is willing to share with me. I continue to learn most everyday of my life, but there is still so much to know! I guess my decorating skills could use some spit & polish. I tend to focus more on the technical aspects such as formulation, mixology & make-up and less on finishing work. I would also like to do my part in the quest for baking nirvana. My Wood-fired Cob Oven is at the disposal of those Bakers who have the need to do some serious hearth baking and cooking.
Hi Robert, I enjoyed meeting the members and you who showed up tonight for the Wit and Wisdom happy hour event. I look forward the future meetups and would be happy to help find restaurants to provide space for our group in the future for dinner, happy hour or whatever else fits.
