Please join Sun Do: the whole being practice cultivating vitality and balance. Class hour is from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
This meetup is the part of Sundo Danjeon Breathing regular practice classes.
Please come with your favorite exercise clothes and a yoga mat.
If you are new to Sundo, you are recommended to observe the practice session first and join later. Class observation is free.
The practice focuses on lower abdomenal life force breathing performed along with stretchings, sequential postures, and strenuous physical workouts. The Sundo Danjeon Breathing also leads the practitioner into a deep meditational mental state throughout the whole practice session.
PLEASE EXPECT LOTS OF STRENUOUS WORKOUTS AND DEEPLY FOCUSED MEDITATIONAL BREATHING DURING THE ENTIRE SESSION.
