This meetup is the part of Sundo Danjeon Breathing regular practice classes.
Please come with your favorite exercise clothes and a yoga mat.
If you are new to Sundo, you are recommended to observe the practice session first and join later. Class observation is free.
The practice focuses on lower abdomenal life force breathing performed along with stretchings, sequential postures, and physical workouts. The Sundo Danjeon Breathing also leads the practitioner into a deep meditational mental state throughout the whole session.
SOME BEGINNERS MAY FIND SOME OF THE EXERCISES A LITTLE CHALLENGING. HOWEVER, EVERYONE IS ADVISED TO GO AT THEIR OWN PACE AND ONLY DO WHAT THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING.
