Join us for a beginner/intermediate hike followed by Yoga with guided relaxation. Learn how to still the mind with meditation and soothe the soul with nature. No yoga experience needed, just come with an open mind and interest to learn. Please wear comfortable walking shoes/boots and bring water and a yoga mat. Be prepared with a rain jacket in case of liquid sunshine and a sweater if it gets cold. Some mats will be provided. Come if you are interested in meeting new people, having experiences in nature, learning about native plant life and finding your inner strength.
