In this class you will flex the mind with modern day mysticism, stretch the body with asana, and open the heart with meditation. Learn the principles of pranayama while playfully exploring the realms of the soul. Discover a mind-body-soul connection with breath as your guide and joy as your goal. The asana (poses) will have focus in foundation, alignment, breath, bandhas, and dristi. Class includes dharma discussion, invigorating asanas, occassional restorative work, and guided relaxation.
