By-Donation. Do you have time to stop and smell the flowers? Invigorate and renew your Yoga practice by bringing it outdoors. Yoga is union; union with nature and humanity. Nature encourages us to increase patience and selfless service, to focus our awareness, to breathe deeply and to practice stillness. Being outdoors has the added sensations of sounds, sights and smells – birds, flowers, grass and pine to name a few. For extra comfort please bring a mat, blanket/towel, sweater/hat for closing relaxation, water, sunglasses and sun/bug screen. Join us for Vinyasa Yoga in the great outdoors! All levels welcomed.
