I booked the mtg room at the ABC thru to the end of June for the 2nd thurs of the month. They said that they'll set up the tables to be in a board room shape for seating of approximately 10 people (and we can add more should more come). They said that we can also use the HD Flat screen TV for our displays as long as we bring the appropriate hookups. (each presenter will be responsible to ensure they have the proper hookups to allow them to connect their laptops via HDMI and RGB). They have a $100 minimum charge to use the room, but they will waive it as long as most people are willing to order something (just incase we have a month when fewer people show up). They also will do an automatic 15% gratuity to all bills (to cover the additional cost of setting up the room, etc). So I thought that sounded fair.
