Once in a Blue Moon...

  • December 11, 2013 · 7:00 PM
  • Blue Moon Sushi

December's meetup will be at Blue Moon (Colorado Blvd., just south of Evans).

The restaurant is easily reachable via the Colorado, Evans, or Yale exits off I-25, and may even be doable from the Colorado light rail station in a pinch.

Same basic rules as always...

1a.  If you RSVP and later can't make it, please change to "No".  This will free the spot and give me an accurate number for the reservation.  If RSVPs have closed, shoot me a message through Meetup or an e-mail.  I just need to know how many to expect by the time I walk in the door.  Failure to do so will result in being counted as a 'no-show' and you will be removed from the group.

1b.  If you're bringing a guest, you need to RSVP for them as well.

(These are both so I can give the restaurant an accurate head count)

2.  You are responsible for the cost of your own meal.

3.  "Cost" is $1

4.  We will be ordering at around 7:15.

FYI - RSVP's close at noon the day of the Meetup.

Hope to see you there!

Once again, I have to miss this one because of rehearsals for the play:( Production is next week-finally; so I hope that I can join you next month.

Hey party people, don't forget about tomorrow's Meetup. If you're RSVP'ed and won't be able to make it after all, please change so the spot frees up. We still have a fair number of people wait listed. Failure to do so results in a no-show, and we don't want that. ;-)

How many are on the waitlist like me and is it few enough that by expanding the guest list a few would encompass us?

As I write this, there are 11 people on the wait list, so no, it's not. I cap most of the Meetups at 16 for 2 reasons. First, years of experience in doing this has shown me that any more than that the group becomes unmanageable. Second, anymore than 16 and we basically invade the restaurant.

Of course and keeping it smaller does facilitate hearing each other. Enjoy!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
