Introduction
Hated and feared by fish the world over. (And, if only they could talk, seaweed, wasabi, rice, and soy sauce, too.) Also love Asian culture. (Some of my home was built by a Japanese carpenter.)
What is the name and location of your favorite sushi restaurant?
It was Mikuni at Park Meadows, but they closed recently. :-( They had great sauces! (Pretty unusual.) Now I'm looking for another favorite, but there may never be another Mikuni.
What is it that you like the best about sushi?
Well, it tastes great! But since it's also healthy, you just can't beat it!
Do you have a favorite "cheap" sushi restaurant?
"Cheap" and "sushi" are generally two words that don't go well together.
