I say go ahead and change it.....
Also, I am trying to allow for the people on the waiting list to be able to come, how do I edit their responses?? I tried taking the waiting list "off" but they still show as on the waiting list?

Hi folks. Your Organizer here.
I have received a directive from Meetup Central that the format of the site is changing. We have been given a 2-3 week window to try it out before it becomes permanent. It seems to me, although it is not entirely clear, that I control the change to the site in the interim. In other words, I have a button, which if I click, changes the site DRASTICALLY. That's my take on the change. It is a radical departure, and, for the brief moment that I looked at it, I didn't find it very user friendly.
That said, it appears that this change is inevitable. The questions I need answered are the following:
1. If in fact I am the only one who has the POWER to control this test change, do folks want me to go ahead an change it, so they can try it out?
2. Do other folks have the change buttons on their sites, so that I am worrying needlessly?
The above is all the information I have about this change. Constructive input will be welcomed, but I am not in a position to answer many questions.
