Mobile is the new paradigm that is reshaping the world wide web as we have known for the last 20 years and its impact will be felt for the next 20 years. There are new breeds of mobile apps, tools,and services on the two dominant platforms iOS and Android. In this event we have assembled a distinguished group of speakers to talk about all that and much more.

Speaker Biographies

Max Marty, CEO & co-founder, Blueseed: backed by Peter Thiel,Max Marty is the CEO and co-founder of Blueseed, the visa-free startup ship project. As the son of two Cuban immigrants, he has been passionate about entrepreneurship and technology from a young age. He received his undergraduate degrees in Global Political Economy & Philosophy from Muhlenberg College in PA, and his MBA from the University of Miami. Before starting Blueseed, he was Director of Business Strategy at the Peter Thiel funded Seasteading Institute.

Brian Krausz, Mobile Products at Facebook, Brian was CEO and co-founder of GazeHawk, a startup working to bring eye tracking technology to consumer hardware. GazeHawk was in YCombinator's summer 2010 class, and was funded by Dave McClure's 500 startups. In 2012 the GazeHawk team joined Facebook to work on unrelated projects.Brian currently works on mobile projects at Facebook, and mentors at 500 startups in his spare time.

Blake Commagere, CEO & Founder, Media Spike: backed by Google Ventures and 500 Startups, Blake single-handedly pioneered the social gaming space with his creation of the iconic and super-viral Facebook games Vampires, Zombies, Werewolves & Slayers which acquired 50 million users.He then went on to cofound ohai with part of the team from Everquest. Prior to that, he was a senior engineer at Plaxo, led the development of Causes on Facebook, cofounded CareBadges (acquired by Causes), Mogad (acquired by iSkoot) and BuildForge (acquired by IBM). He is an advisor & mentor to 500S as well as several tech companies, including Branchout and Fitocracy. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Rice University.

Li Peng, CEO of Western Bridge Tech, founded in 2009, a company located in Nanjing, East of China,Li Peng was previously a team leader at Siemens R&D center for years, and also act as the Siemens Microsoft Technology coordinator in Austria & China. He is experienced in hardware deign,embedded system software and enterprise software, and currently working on Cobub Razor, the Open Source Mobile Analytics, which enable companies to setup private mobile user analytics system(supporting iOS/Android/WindowsPhone). He is also working as a product manager of Cobub Razor. Li Peng is also interested and working in the projects of hadoop, business intelligence at hadoop,security components at mobile platforms, p2p video on mobile, high volume message pushing for mobile and mobile device management. Sumit Gupta, CEO@BingoBash, one of top iOS and Android game apps in revenue. Sumit is the CEO and Founder of BitRhymes, they make social mobile casino games. Their first title in this area, Bingo Bash,has quickly become #1 cross platform BINGO game in world with about 1.5M daily active users and growing! It works across platforms so people can play with each other across Facebook, iPhones, iPads and Android. Previously the same studio built hit titles on facebook with 10M+ installs.

Sumit has been part of social media space ever since facebook and Myspace opened up their platforms in 2007. Previous to that, Sumit was VP Strategy and Business Development at Monetize Media, the first internet TV platform with video intelligence. Before that, Sumit was founding team member at Business Signatures which eventually was acquired by Entrust.

Romain David, Co-Founder of Meexo. Romain has 12 years of experience in the mobile industry. Before starting Meexo, he started Lumosity’s mobile business and launched the Number 1 app Brain Trainer. Prior to Lumosity, Romain was at Apple, Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL) where he served as Product Marketing Manager for the iPhone. While at Apple, he worked on the introduction of the original iPhone and iPod touch. Prior to Apple, Romain was Product Manager at France Telecom - Orange Group (NYSE:FTE), where he introduced the operator's first developer program for mobile applications.

Romain holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Technology of Compiegne and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was Co-President of the Entrepreneur Club.
