Session Abstract:

Our December 2012 meeting focused on how pushing connectivity deeper into meters, appliances etc.would affect the energy industry. This meeting continues the theme of the internet going beyond people to interconnecting things and takes a more focused look at usage of multi-hop wireless as a way to do this. The speakers are from a UC Berkeley incubated start up, Dust Networks, which is now a part of Linear Technology, a long time global leader in analog semiconductors and modules.

Thomas Watteyne, Dust Networks/Linear Technology
