SportsLab: "SportsLab has made it really simple to show your athletes where to improve in the weight room, playbook, and more…empowering them to be accountable for their team."

Noman Ahmad and Nick Maxwell founded SportsLab with a mission to capture the life cycle of the student athlete and to empower them to be their best. Empowerment helps athletes fully realize the values learned from playing sports like leadership, teamwork and sportsmanship. Founded in San Francisco, SportsLab is a big data analytics company focused on capturing on field and off field performance initially for high school and college teams.

Presented by Noman Ahmad, CEO/ Co- Founder

Noman has a track record of success in marketing, sales and engineering for Dolby and Seagate. He grew up in Oklahoma, but failed at every attempt to play high school sports. This failure fueled his passion to use his professional experience to create a technology platform to empower athletes to live up to their potential and live their dreams. He left his job at Dolby to start hustling for SportsLab.

HashCube: "Developer casual games using Quest framework that monetize 10x compared to competition."

HashCube is a mobile and social gaming company. They are the developers behind the most popular Sudoku game on Facebook and also the most monetized Sudoku game on iOS. HashCube has 4 games and they are played by over 2.5 million users. The company's flagship title, Sudoku Quest monetizes 10x better than the competition because of the Quest framework. Sudoku Quest has 100k monthly actives on Facebook and 20k monthly actives on mobile. HashCube is now looking to replicate it's Quest framework on to 10s of more casual games, making them deeper, more engaging, social and monetizing 10 times the industry average.

Presented by Deepan Chakravarthy, CEO & Co-Founder

FriendRyde:"Friends taking you places"

Founded in February 2014 and after $ 25,000 of friend funding, FriendRyde MVP was launched to be tested in Barcelona Spain, as a transportation network that connects travelers with local friendly drivers who could offer them airport pick up services, ideally completing the AirBnB experience.
FriendRyde is operating Now in Barcelona and Marrakesh and is raising a seed round to officially launch.

Presented by Akram Benmbarek, Founder & CEO

USC Trojan.

eHarvestHub Inc.: "eHarvestHub is developing a website and mobile app to help small farmers capture the 14 - 35% of revenue they lose selling to middlemen rather than retailers."

HE PROBLEM – Small farmers lose 14 to 35 percent of their revenue because they sell to middlemen rather than retailers. They do this because on their own they lack the volume, the marketing and the carrier system to sell directly to retailers

OUR SOLUTION – We are developing a web and mobile app to help farmers capture lost revenue by allowing them to list their fresh produce online, aggregate volume across multiple growers to directly fulfill retailer demand. This essentially gives retailers one location to purchase directly from various growers and meet their demand. Our mobile app does for farmers and truckers what UBER did for its passengers and drivers essentially lowering shipping cost for farmers while increasing the truckers profit by eliminating the need for transportation brokers.

KEY BENEFITS FOR THE FARMER
• Direct access to retailers and food servicers, the highest paying buyers.
• Increase profit margins and eliminates the need for the middlemen
• Lower delivery cost
• Opeartions efficiency with Order management automation

KEY BENEFITS FOR TRUKERS
• Increased profits by eliminating the need for transportation brokers
• Take control of own schedule and availability
• Build brand reputation – On time delivery, customer rating

KEY BENEFITS FOR RETAILERS/FOOD SERVICERS
• Purchase at a lower cost
• Directly purchase from small farmers
• Lower delivery cost

DIFFERENTIATORS
1. Unlike Foodlink, eHarvestHub bypasses the middlemen connecting small growers directly with retailers
2. Unlike iTrade Network, eHarvestHub charges a flat transaction fee
3. Unlike HarvestMark or RedLine Solutions, our traceability solution provides case level Chain of Custody
4. Unlike Foodlink and iTrade Network, we increase marketing and brand exposure for small farmers and truckers opening new markets for them.
5. Unlike CH Robison, we offer truckers control of their rates and schedule
6. IPs - (Unable to discuss yet).
