Was a good meet and well organized. I too hope the next meet has a bit more enterprise/big systems people - since I am actively looking for such people
January 22
It was my first time at your meeting. Very good. I liked the format. The problem with malfunctioning sound system was a bit of a nuisance. I noticed that most of companies that pitched were phone app developers.
January 22
Invi, founded by an Israel born entrepreneur (who lived in states for the past 1.5 years), won the Startup of Month at the Jan 19 Pitch & Demo day; Whale Path, another startup founded by an Russia immigrates was the runner.

This was a great event. Highly recommended. For those who didn't catch my announcement during the co-founder pitches at the end, I'm designing a location-based messaging and social discovery app with a unique feature set unavailable on the market. The designs are detailed and I'm looking for a tech co-founder to work with on the prototype. This will be iOS first, but I can be convinced to go with Android. Message me if you have skillz and are interested in learning more.
January 19
This may be a goofy request, but is there someone with an Android device that has/would install Invi and invite me as a contact [masked])? I just want to check it out and everyone I know uses an iPhone.
January 19
Really great event... thanks David, NestGSV et al. One modest request is that the 20 or so people who get their 2 minutes at the end get a bit more respect because they probably need the most help! Again, really great event!
January 19
Fantastic group of people. Many thanks to the organizer David Cao for giving my company, Kachingle, a pitching slot. I learned a lot and met some terrific people that I plan to network further with.

Ditto, two thumbs up and a superb event; the judges shared superb information and the "relationships," snippet was worth the price of admission. Super people as well.
January 19
Two thumbs UP! 250 talented engineers, managers, investors, educators mingled and sparked new ideas and ventures. My presentation of http://CALMAT.us
as a university for start-ups generated a lot of interest. I will definitely be there next time.
January 19
Coming with a few guests. We're interested to see if there are ventures worth covering in the press. We have publications and radio talk shows that are looking for interesting content. Make sure you connect with me if you are looking for publicity.

Hi, a recently funded startup is looking for IT architect, UI designers, and software engineers with mobile development and/or cloud computing expertise. If you are tech guru, do not miss this lifetime opportunity as you will be the very first few staff on the team working with the brightest people and most prestigious financial backers. Please email your bio and demo/work sample if you have. If you leave your cell then meeting up at the event is also possible.
1 · January 18
What is up with the group organizers of this meetup? You have a google form that is required for speakers/presenters, yet, no confirmation of any kind is ever acknowledged. #FAIL!
January 17
This is the highest RSVPs ever. Thanks a lot for all the support. It also give us lots of pressure to do it right.
We received lots of demo requests, to make sure its clear that, our two basic requirement:
A: Founder must be full time preferable with a team (One man show has the least priority);
B: Product must be live.
My team WILL check your public profile and your product website (Although we may make mistake, if so, please send me an email).
Also, to help us:
If you available to help this event as timer, presenter assistant, etc please arrive in at 9AM so we can coordinate the process. Welcome people who wanted to help as event organizer regularly.
Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

A few of us have a startup called Altrasense. We have developed a design for micro array chip to detect in breath biomarkers (tiny particles exhaled by people and animals) for various diseases. The chip has to be configured for a specific disease, like for example cancer. We have tested each individual portion of the device design, but now we have to render it into a single semiconductor chip. To build and test such a chip we need about $4Million. It will also take 8-12 months. So far we have relied on our own funds, but to build prototype chips we need outside funding. I wonder if this group is the right venue for us to proceed.
1 · January 18
Guys, can i just come and see what is that? I always wanted to see that. But i dont have demo or pitch.
January 18
Hi all - can anyone attend the session? Or only those with a pitch?
Appreciate if someone could answer please. Thank you.
