As a side-note. I was amazed last week. I attended a series of lectures at Stanford Medical School on MicroRNAs and the future of cancer cure, Arnold Tongues in Biology and more. What was interesting is they're analyzing their data using tools very similar if not exact to what is and can be used to predict failture in cities. I should have some video in a week. You might want to look at this and abstract to your particular circumstances. Quite fascinating.
