Hi Juan, I'm interested in the Foreclosure Tour, as I'm new to the business. However, I'm unable to stay for very long. How long do you anticipate the tour to be? I can maybe stay for a couple hours and then I'll have to leave due to work. Give me an idea. also, do you plan to do another one that I can plan ahead for??

Im looking at properties in Oakland closer to Hayward/238.
Do you have any tips to finding the properties where pre
foreclosure for past payments has begun? Many of the properties
are older and have equity in them. If the people fall behind and need a fast out, I want to be there... How do you find yours?
