Hi, I'm in the middle of a major life transition. I was 25 years as VP in a small business in Sunnyvale, and I have recently left to strike off on my own. I have an e-commerce business serving the Pet Industry, and specifically pet supplements and I have my own private label. Our Cat, Mac, was the catalyst in part of my decision - since a product that he needed, went off the market and I was able to figure out how to replace it. I have experience in Sales, Customer Service Management, Marketing, Internet Marketing, Graphics Management, Graphic Design, some IT - (be it as it may). What else? Our building lease ( 3 of them). Database quoting system, work order, invoice, art archive. High customer retention was our motto and it's still mine - I've known many of my customers from my old company for over 15 years or more. I'm excited about my future prospects and I am looking to meet up with like minded people, who wish to engage, learn, and advance.
