We're thrilled to present Chris Eidhof of objc.io and UIKonf fame. He's in SF for just a few days via Berlin and offered to present Functional Programming in Swift!
In this talk Chris, will present how to leverage Swift's capabilities to do functional programming; not as a replacement for OOP, but rather as an additional tool in the toolbox. We'll see why this can be very powerful and make code shorter and simpler.
Chris spends most of his time building iOS and Mac apps, such as Deckset. He created UIKonf, a popular conference for iOS developers and objc.io, and is writing a book about Functional Programming in Swift.
