Introduction
I love dancing and I love teaching others to dance. I've won numerous events including the American Lindy Hop Championships and Canadian Swing Dance Championships. Basically I focus on making sure everyone learns and has a great time doing it!

A few folks are getting together for some country music & dancing in Rockland County NY
Libertys Bar American Grill & Sportsbar, 60 route 303. Valley Cottage Ny (just north of the Palisades Mall).From about 7pm to 10pm. Nothing formal no cover & no minimum.

I was wondering for not this next upcoming event which I sadly can't attend because of work but for the WEST COAST SWING INTENSIVE - Saturday, December 17, 2011 what type of shoes should I wear? -

I am heading over to the big apple for the first time, in two weeks, (from Australia)... I will be staying in NYC not sure where exactly, but will be there around christmas for one week, then i'll be back towards the end of January for another ten days. Can you recommend places to dance? Mainly talking of social dancing, although i would be interested in coming and taking a class too.
