What kind of photographer are you?

I like to 'save' things ... There's so much change going on at the moment, so I keep my eyes open for i.e. buildings that will certainly be destroyed. It's not that I feel emotionally connected to them (well, to some I am ...), since change can also create new places for people to live and/or work. Then I like contrasts in pictures i.e. poor/rich, old/new. And of course when I travel, I end up doing the same as most of us do ... Recently I have started thinking about portrait photography and have done some 'experiments'. One of my long-term goals is to make a 'reportage' and I might start with people on social welfare because this would be related to my work environment. My level of photography is probably intermediate (anyway I definitely make some beginner mistakes from time to time ...)

How did you find us?

Hi all! In short, I'm an American who's been living here in Switzerland for most of my life. Love the country, the people and their food. In general I have interest in foreign countries and cultures. I travel to countries where I have connections.

What Adrian is saying about this Meetup Group

Seems to be doing great, we were 16 (?) even though it drizzled a little.
