Yes, it's Thanksgiving! We don't get the day off, and no football until Friday our time, but we can still have a feed! Come watch the sunset over the Harbour Bridge at Cremorne Point and bring a "Thanksgiving-ish" dish to share.

What to bring:
A dish - please sign up so we don't have 4 turkeys! We will have a portable grill, if you want to heat something. (recommend bringing a foil pan)
Your own cutlery, plates, glasses and picnic gear
Drinks (alcohol allowed)

How to get there:
There is limited parking at Cremorne Point. Public transport is the best option.
Take the Mosman Ferry from Circular Quay to Cremorne Point. Ferry service runs approximately every 15 - 30 minutes through midnight. You can also take bus 225 from Military Road. For times, fares and you can get it from the Public Transport Website Follow the Turkeys to our location!!

My first meeting as a new member and Jules made me very welcome. Members were nice and friendly... including the possum... Great location. Food was great, thanks to the corn bread and cheesecake makers!!! I think my pecan pie was a hit as it didn't last 10 mins... Thanks Jules!!!

Great crowd and good food - exactly the kind of Thanksgiving for wayward expats that we could have hoped for. Also did a fuller recount on the blog, http://gosstronomy.wordpress.co...

Wow! Looking good folks! If you're still stuck for ideas, we could probably use a few more salads and desserts! (Can you really have TOO many desserts???)

Can't wait to meet y'all and taste the yummy food!

I'll bring stuffing - although I'm not sure that it would be enough stuffing for 28 people....so other people are more than welcome to bring stuffing as well!
