Calling all Sydney movie-making talent!
Come to a local Film Industry Meetup to have fun and make friends with people on BOTH sides of the camera. Watch screenings, critique films, set up filming groups, match writers with directors, directors with cast and crew and much more.
It's apparent we have some marvelous talent right here in Sydney - and bags of willpower to make something magical happen!
We've had TEN enormously successful Meetups, we made a dozen shorts for Tropfest 2008, and now we are currently developing a sci-fi/mystery/thriller TV Series to be finished by Christmas 2009, and then complete a feature in 2010!
So come along. Be part of something VERY special! Previous experience is NOT necessary (although highly regarded) - the main thing is that you SHARE the PASSION and want to get out there and make something HAPPEN!

“I am a journalist, worked in print, radio, some tv, a great film buff, v interested in documentary making. . Have done a film production course and shot some scenes. Also written scripts and produced videos etc, but help needed for doco ideas etc.”
