Living a vegan lifestyle is also one of the best decisions you can make for the lives of animals and for the environment.
If you are relatively new to veganism or a bit rusty on your nutritional facts and details, or have some questions, come along and learn the basics that you need to know to to have the benefits of a healthy and balanced vegan diet!

Time: Please arrive by 3.45pm for a 4pm start. The seminar goes for approx. 2 hours with a 15 min intermission. Tea, coffee and organic fruit will be served in the break.
