    SyncNorwich - Norwich's Tech + Startup Community

Hello John. Would like to talk to you (and SyncNorwich members) about a new Norwich Hackspace group who would like to work alongside SyncNorwich and Hot Source to build interest in a physical space in Norwich. Hoping to come on 21st. Marion

Hello again, John. Just changed my plans for next week and bought my ticket for the conference. See you all in Norwich next week!

Thanks for the welcome, John. The conference sounds really interesting but unfortunately I can't make it to Norwich next week. Any plans to video the talks and put them online? It was Paul Grenyer's "Walking Skeleton" talk on InfoQ that revealed the group's existence to me - maybe a good opportunity to raise awareness? Anyway, hope it all goes well, and I'll look forward to meeting the group at the next opportunity.
    Cheers,
    Chris

Hi John, and thanks for the welcome! Ah, Multimap, how we miss you... I still do the whole spatial thing with Bing Maps/OSM/SQL Server etc., but am also branching out into other areas: I found the "spatial" algorithms I was using (routefinding, triangulation, clustering etc.) had wider applications, and I've become involved with applying them in the field of game AI. I joined the Norwich Game Developers meetup and from there heard about SyncNorwich (and also my friend Adrian knows Juliana)
