I am a technical person who has become more enthusiastic since becoming more agile as I realised IT is not necessarily about the technologies but the people and communication. To help myself grow and the people I work with I like to attend such events.

What are your skills / experience

Currently working with primarily Microsoft Technologies in the realm of the Web. Including a high throughput set of Services. Currently looking to the Cloud for hosting too. Although an Architect my role is hands on within development, facilitating and moving the team to be more self managing culture.
