Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst / Production Engineer living in Norwich.
Introduce Yourself
10 years working with GIS, principally the churn of large scale datasets and integration of applications into GIS platforms within complex environments. Currently maintain and administer the spatial data repositories at Norfolk County Council used by the public facing Where I Live / Find my nearest statutory service.
What are your skills / experience
GIS back end platform design, data management / maintenance across various operating systems. Currently focused on ESRI's ArcServer, Python, and SQL Server.
Who would you like to meet
Any like minded people who work with data dissemination. Particularly interested in meeting anyone who's used GeoNode, Django, Susy, RDF, MapFish, or anyone working with INSPIRE.

Thoroughly enjoyed it and well worth the money. It was surprising how fast the 90 minutes went and I could have easily listened to a lot more. Thought the keynote speech was spot on with a great balance between tech and technique, setting the right tone for the day. As usual the tech sessions offered up useful tips and anecdotes about digital life to help keep up to speed in a rapidly changing environment and the end talk showed what can be achieved when it all comes together! Congratulations to the organisers for a great job and looking forward to the next one.
