It looks like the student edition costs $86-$140 and requires valid student ID or proof of registration:

"The SolidWorks® Student Edition is available to high school and degree-seeking students or full-time faculty members using the software for personal learning or academic purposes.

Proof of eligibility is required before you can complete your order."

The best price I have found so far is $86 at Novedge.com

Do we have any other options available to us? Otherwise I'll see if Connor's UNR ID and tentative class schedule is enough to get set up before the class.

How many workstations will be running Solidworks at SYN Shop for the class?

I am planning on using a projector so all can see the work environment and tasks /techniques. if you have your own, that's great but i do recommend bringing a notepad to take your own notes

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
