Minilla Smiles with Special Guest Jovino Santos Neto

Minilla Smiles returns to the Royal bringing a little Brazilian musical sunshine to Oly. The quintet features Seattle based master drummer/percussionist Jeff "Bongo" Busch, Olympia's own John Croarkin on Flutes, Harmonica, &Sax, the brilliant Phil Lawson on Guitar, and first call jazz bassist Steve Luceno.
As if that weren't enough to make you smile, the band will also include special guest, three-time Latin Grammy nominee, Jovino Santos Neto. Santos-Neto is a master pianist, composer and arranger, who is among the top Brazilian musicians working today. Throughout his career has been closely affiliated with the Brazilian master Hermeto Pascoal. He was an integral part of Pascoal's group from 1977 to 1992, where he fine-tuned his artistry, performing around the world and co-producing several legendary records.

Kicking off the nights festivities will be the samba drumming, and dancing of the Olympia's own bateria, Samba OlyWa.
Throughout the night don't be surprised to see many musical guests coming up to share their talents with the band!
Do not miss this! If you do, you'll make minilla cry. $5 suggested Donation.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
