For me TaiChi is 60 minutes of peace. Can you imagine, peacefulness, even if just for an hour? I use it everywhere - on planes, in meetings, waiting for the elevator... wherever I find stress, great or small, I find TaiChi helps me relax in moments.
There was a nice turnout -- eight people, six of whom participated and two observed. Being in the presence of a Tai Chi master is a fascinating experience. We practiced some meditation and Chi Kung forms, as well as a basic Tai Chi set, but it was the quality of instruction and depth of information that made this session stand out. Though I'm relatively new to Tai Chi, I have studied meditation and contemplation techniques for over 39 years, and this lesson added yet another dimension to my experience in the field.
