1st Meetup at Our New Studio in Scarsdale!

Dear Tai Chi members:

We had a great time learning and practicing Tai Chi with our returning and new members at our new studio in Scarsdale.

It was a nice surprise to find out that we have made our way into the neck of the woods of some of our members.

Guang, the current US Tai Chi National Champion, had a wonderful time exchanging moves with our members, who admired his impressive performance of Push Hands at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City last month.

I also had a memorable time sharing the 1st Tai Chi experience with our new member.

Thanks again, our members, for coming. We cherish this opportunity to share the health benefits of Tai Chi with you. 20 minutes of the daily practice will go a long way. As we all know, Tai Chi helps build strength and coordination, it also reduces stress and anxiety. I am glad that I discovered Tai Chi and have enjoyed the practice ever since.
