Dear Taichi members:

Welcome back! We've been enjoying our classes and making progress along the way. Of course, sometimes some of us are still struggling to coodinate the footwork and the arm work, but all of us enjoy the benefits of the practice--we feel that we get stronger, better coodinated and flexible. We can kick our legs higher during our warm up! We can feel the chi flowing while we practice the moves. Sometimes we feel that we have an Olympic style practice although at a smaller scale. One thing we all agree--participation is the most important!

Look forward to your joining our taichi practice--meditaion in motion!
