What health-improving qualities would you like to realize practicing Tai Chi?

Flexibiltiy, endurance and balance.

Have you studied Tai Chi Before?

No, and I have no idea if I'll be any good at it, but I would like to try.


I want to do more than go to the gym to get healthy. I want to incorporate the sense of balance and focus that the martial arts promote.
