Several regular members have requested that we try something different once in a while on First Fridays. While the Newton Marriott is our old standby, and we will return to it, shaking things up now and then can add some interest. So, join in the adventuresome spirit and come on out to historic Concord. The rustic Village Forge Tavern will take you back to colonial times with its dark timbers, cozy atmosphere, and antiques lining the walls. One of the original parts of the Colonial Inn itself, which dates from 1716! A pub menu is available; live music starts around 8:00 p.m. and goes until 10:00 p.m.
