February 1, 2013 - 6:00pm - 9:00pm - First Friday Gallery Hop - Railroad Square.  Join thousands of locals for FF where most of the shops and studios are open for this lively event. Live music is played at several locations throughout the Park.  Some of the galleries offer refreshments and hors d'oeuvres. Larger galleries may feature exhibits from a variety of artists while smaller ones display their own new works.

 

***** February 2nd, 2013, Imbolc Celebration, Join the Tribe Dogpile, the RHPC, and other members of your community to celebrate Imbolc.  Imbolc celebrates the fresh new stirrings of Springtime. This celebration will be in the Strega tradition, and will celebrate Lupercalia a festival of healing and fertility.   Bring:  yourself, any guests, something to drink, a dish to share. **** February 16th, 2013, 4p – 9p – CHOCOLATE RITUAL - For those who have heard the call of the Goodie Goddess, she the Great Mother of all Chocolate.  She who of old called: Godiva, Suzy-Q, Little Debbie, Dolly Madison, Fanny Farmer, Sara Lee, and by many other names. We will soon gather to worship and adore her presence; to munch, nosh, snack, feast and make yummy noises all in Her presence.  WHERE:  Parlay Grill, 1216-3 North Monroe Street (Behind Breugers Bagels)  TIME:  Gather on the Patio at 3:45pm, Ritual will begin at 4:00pm (and will absolutely start on time!)  BRING:   Yourself, any of your friends, a chocolate dish to share, a sense of humor, and a love of chocolate.  We will all hang-around after the ritual to enjoy our chocolate and each other's company.  Parlay has graciously allowed our group to meet on the outdoor patio.  They have a full bar and restaurant, with many vegetarian options.  Members with children are welcome. March 30, 2013, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM  Green Arts Fest  The Sharing Tree presents the 2nd annual Green Arts Fest sponsored by City of Tallahassee and CRA. This is a free event focused on recycled arts and sustainable living.  The Sharing Tree is a reusable resource center its mission is to collect and redistribute reusable materials to eduicators, artists, and the broader learning community while simultaneously educating the community on the arts of creative reuse.
