Karl Muenchow is the founder, CEO and President of XoJom Group, Inc, a management consulting firm focused on helping organizations better execute highly complex, high-uncertainty programs via the pragmatic, common-sense adoption of Lean-Agile. Since 2007 Karl has guided XoJom Group's work with clients worldwide, providing invaluable lessons and insights. Karl has dedicated his professional life to helping clients create a culture of agility through embracing creative, adaptive, and lean processes and approaches. Besides holding a Dipl.-Ing (FH) Diploma Engineering Degree from the University of Reutlingen, Germany, Karl is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He belongs to the Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Association of German Engineers (VDI)®, and actively contributes to the advancement of lean-agile on a global basis. Besides actual implementations with clients worldwide, Karl lectures on pragmatic Lean-Agile implementations and his programs have become the lead offering at PMI Congresses and PMI SeminarsWorld® globally.
