Karl's Bio:

He belongs to the Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Association of German Engineers (VDI)®, and actively contributes to the advancement of lean-agile on a global basis. Besides actual implementations with clients worldwide, Karl lectures on pragmatic Lean-Agile implementations and his programs have become the lead offering at PMI Congresses and PMI SeminarsWorld® globally.
