I have collected PHP resources that can be of assistance to others and have done some categorizing of them. This is in no way a complete list and appreciate (in fact encourage) additions to this list.

I've got a tutorials page on my website that lists some ASP, VBScript and PHP tutorials/resources, but I've listed the ones you don't have on your doc below in case you want to include them.

The PHP.net site that you have listed for News also has a great search/manual feature on it if you go just to PHP.net.

Webmonkey has some good tutorials and resources too.

PHP-Scripts.com has more resources.

PHP Resource Index is also good.
