An increasing number of e-mails have been sent out to all members of the Tampa Bay Ukulele Society. Most of these messages were sent unintentionally as they were either intended for one individual or were sent because the e-mail address [address removed] was in someone’s e-mail address book.
Please remember that when you click "reply" to an e-mail from the Tampa Bay Ukulele Society or send an e-mail to [address removed] that you will message every member. You may want to delete this e-mail address from you address book to prevent this from happening.
Several members have complained to me about what they perceive as a recent increase in “spam” and I understand their concerns. If a member is using the meetup group to send unsolicited e-mails I will remove them, which I have had to do only a few times since our meetup group started three years ago (has it really been that long?). Hopefully we will see a decline in these types of messages and you will just hear from us when we have a ukulele related event planned.
Thank you for understanding.
