Strict caloric regimen (1500kc/day or less). V-low carbs, no dietary-inflammatory compounds....healthy fats (NO Omega-6s!), zero-glucose regimen (diabetic)....2.4mi-walk (5x-week), etc.
Anything that advances my knowledge re healthy habits, nutrition, etc.
INFORMING OTHERS RE INFLAMMATORY-FOOD COMPOUNDS...PITFALLS OF SUGAR, ETC.
A recent (5-yrs ago) convert to healthy nutrition. It has made DRAMATIC change in my health status.
