Learn the sacred art of Vedic Thai-Yoga Massage and ways it can enhance your life by reducing stress, enhancing quality of living, and balancing your energy to take you to a new level of wellness and Bliss!
During this hands-on workshop we practice on the floor in seated or lying positions where you will learn simple massage asanas and stretches to melt stresses away. Vedic Thai-Yoga is an "assisted" style of massage practiced with a partner that is easy, relaxing and so much FUN to learn.

What to Bring: 1 yoga mat or Thai futon and 1 towel or blanket per person.

He is also licensed by the Texas Dept. of State Health Services as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (CE #1520) and is registered through Yoga Alliance at the E-RTY 500 level.

Customarily, a Thai Yoga Massage or 'assisted yoga' lasts about 2 hours, during which there is a surrending release which allows deeper and deeper physical and mental 'openings'. Flowing rhythmic compressions using the feet, knees, palms, forearms and fingers are blended with exotic stretching positions known as asanas and disciplined breath control known as pranayama, effectively producing a balanced and harmonious symbiotic communication integrating the body's vital systems.
